Offline Time ("we") operates offlinetime.in. This page explains what we collect when you browse, sign in, or buy, and why.
What we collect
When you create an account or place an order, we collect your name, phone number, shipping address, and order details. Email is collected for receipts and is not verified. When you design an Offline Avatar, we store the photo you upload, the designs we generate, and the WhatsApp number you give us. Payment card and UPI details are handled by Cashfree Payments and are not stored on our servers.
How we use it
We use this information to run your account, fulfill orders, send WhatsApp verification codes, order updates, and messages about designs you started, prevent fraud, and improve the storefront. We do not sell your personal information.
Advertising and Meta tools
Our site uses the Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure our ads and show them to people likely to be interested. We may share your phone number with Meta in hashed (scrambled) form so it can show you relevant Offline Time ads on Facebook and Instagram, or leave you out of ads once you have ordered. Meta uses hashed numbers only for matching and does not receive your photos or designs. To opt out, email hello@offlinetime.in and we will remove your number.
WhatsApp sign-in
Accounts are created and signed in with a one-time WhatsApp code to your mobile number. That verified phone number is your Offline Time account identity.
Retention and contact
Order records are kept as needed for fulfillment, returns, and legal requirements. Avatar photos and designs with no phone number attached are deleted automatically after 7 days. Questions about this policy or your data: hello@offlinetime.in.
