Free Pan-India shipping
Every paid order ships free across India. No coupon needed. We dispatch after payment clears and the piece is finished.
Made to order
Collectibles are formed in short runs and finished by hand. Offline Avatars ship within 24–72 hours of your order. Other collectibles ship in 2–4 days.
Packaging and tracking
Orders leave in protective kraft packaging meant for a gift, not a warehouse carton. Once a courier picks up your parcel, follow it on /track with your order receipt or phone number. If the box arrives crushed, keep the photos and write to us within 7 days.
7-day replacement
If your piece arrives damaged or clearly defective, tell us within 7 days of delivery. Send a clear photo of the issue and the packing on WhatsApp or email. We replace it free, including return shipping when we ask you to send something back.
What we replace
Breakage in transit, printing or finishing faults, and missing parts listed on the product page. We do not replace pieces damaged by misuse, outdoor weather, or normal wear after the first week.
Offline Avatars
You approve concepts before we print. Replacements cover manufacturing or shipping damage, not a change of mind about the likeness after approval. If something is wrong with the finished sculpt versus the approved still, write to us and we will make it right.
Refunds and how to start
We prefer replacement so you still get the object. If a replacement is not possible, we refund the order amount to the original payment method after we confirm the issue. WhatsApp or email hello@offlinetime.in with your order receipt, a photo of the problem, and your PIN. We reply in business hours.
