Terms
Plain-language terms for buying on Offline Time.
Who we are
Offline Time is operated by MyJarvis LLP. The storefront is offlinetime.in. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Orders and payment
Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is collected online before we make and pack your order. An order is confirmed when payment succeeds and we send a confirmation.
Made to order
Most products are formed after you pay. Making times on product pages are estimates. Small variations in colour and finish are part of hand-finished work and are not defects.
Offline Avatars
You upload photos and approve concepts before production. After payment, you may request design changes only within the first 24 hours; after that window, the design is locked for production. You confirm you have the right to use those photos. We may refuse orders that use third-party IP or unsafe content.
Shipping and risk
We ship across India. Title and risk pass when the courier collects the parcel, except where consumer law says otherwise. See /shipping-returns for timelines and replacements.
Limitation
To the fullest extent allowed by Indian law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
